We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate business development initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, expanding corporate partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the corporate sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key corporate accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports on performance metrics and growth forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or corporate sales,
with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain robust client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tools.
