We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic MICE Sales Manager to lead business development and manage corporate event sales for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. The role requires solid sales acumen, client management skills, and experience in organizing large-scale corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and convert new corporate clients for MICE projects and group travel.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and event organizers.
- Develop customized proposals, itineraries, and budgets for MICE groups.
- Negotiate with vendors, hotels, and airlines to secure competitive rates.
- Coordinate with the operations and event teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company s MICE revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 4 6 years of experience in MICE,
corporate events, or travel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network of corporate and industry clients preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
