Role Software Developer

Purpose

- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer for our Software engineering team
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in developing and implementing digital solutions with a focus on web development.
- The role will involve working with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain various web applications, websites, and digital platforms

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

- Design, develop and maintain web applications, websites, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to develop and implement user-friendly web designs and features that meet business requirements and user needs.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and debug technical issues and bugs in the code, and implement effective solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain software documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.




- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and digital solutions, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into existing platforms

Technical Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in web development, including experience with Dotnet fullstack
- Experience with popular web development frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git and Devops.
