Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Vehicle Electricals to lead the design, development, and integration of advanced vehicle electrical systems and architectures. The role requires deep expertise in vehicle electrical/electronic (E/E) systems, ECU integration, and electrical architecture, along with strong leadership capabilities to drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Systems & Architecture Leadership

- Define and own the end-to-end vehicle electrical architecture (E/E architecture) strategy.
- Lead the design and development of vehicle electrical systems including wiring harnesses, power distribution, and network topologies.
- Ensure scalability, modularity, and compliance with industry standards.

2. ECU Integration & Management

- Oversee selection, integration, and validation of multiple Electronic Control Units (ECUs).
- Define communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).




- Ensure seamless interoperability between ECUs across vehicle domains.

3. System Design & Development

- Drive system-level design for vehicle electrical components and subsystems.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and embedded teams for integrated product development.
- Ensure robust design validation, testing, and troubleshooting processes

4. Program & Stakeholder Management

- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, suppliers, and manufacturing.
- Work closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical risks.

Technical Expertise

- Robust knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and subsystems.
- Deep expertise in vehicle electrical architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with ECU integration and communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Understanding of wiring harness design, power management, and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with automotive standards (ISO 26262, AUTOSAR is a plus).
