Location : Chennai

Contract Duration : 1 year contract (extendable) 3rd party payroll.

Qualification :Bachelor's Degree Business Administration / Engineering or other related fields

Exp Required : 3-8 yrs exp in multi-cultural Project Management Setting, handling multiple global projects simultaneously.

Skills Required :

Highly developed communication skills, both written and spoken.

Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

SAP / ERP knowledge and experience.

Position Purpose:

To support Project Managers in delivering wind farm projects on time and within budget through proactive actions, effective stakeholder coordination, and comprehensive project administration.

Key Accountabilities:

- Drive project execution in alignment with contractual requirements.
- Manage procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and followup through site delivery.
- Process vendor invoices, perform goods receipt, and ensure timely payment completion.
- Lead project setup in SAP, covering WBS creation, network activities, billing plans, milestone releases, and cashin updates.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial and monthly project reports.
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and revenue with precision.
- Support the preparation and processing of client and supplier payment claims.




- Oversee closure of supplier nonconformances and monitor recovery actions.
- Provide essential project administration support across all phases.
- Coordinate closely with site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review, plan, and execute contractual deliverables for the project, contributing as an integral member of the Project Execution team to drive successful project completion.
- Monitor project milestones and prepare customer payment claims in line with contractual requirements, ensuring timely submission and accurate system updates.
- Raise purchase requisitions and process purchase orders for goods and services, managing followup through to site delivery and overseeing spares, consumables, tools, and stock until project closeout.
- Manage vendor invoice booking, goods receipt and ensure payment processing on time.
- Own project setup in SAP, including WBS and network maintenance, billing plan creation, milestone releases, and cashin updates.
- Oversee cost control activities, ensuring effective management of project budgets, cash flow, and revenue.
- Handle component creation and asbuilt installation entries in SAP, supporting accurate documentation through project closure.
- Prepare and support internal management and customer reporting, ensuring timely and accurate project updates.
- Provide essential project administrative support and maintain strong coordination with site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
