What you will actually do

- Prepare and compile certification documentation for live LEED, IGBC, GRIHA and EDGE projects

- Run credit-level calculations - area, occupancy, energy, water, materials

- Review architectural and MEP drawings against rating system requirements and flag gaps early

- Draft responses to review queries from IGBC, GRIHA and GBCI

- Support site visits, commissioning and client coordination across Chennai and outstation projects

- Learn our end-to-end certification process and follow it precisely

Who we are looking for

- A postgraduate in building science, energy, environmental engineering or building services and a passion for Sustainability especially in the built workplace.

- Someone who values preciseness and technical accuracy.

- Someone who writes clearly in English.





- Comfortable in the use of AutoCAD and Willing to learn other tools relevant to Green Buildings.
