Urgent hiring for Sales Manager- Chennai (A Leading provider of bulk powder handling equipment)

- Hiring Sales Manager role requiring 8-9 years of experience Proven work experience as in sales (B2B & B2C) and industrial products/ bulk handling equipment Represent our company with a Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our standard product range and other customized offering
- Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance/ forecast
- All pre & post sales activities lead to inquiry to order, Dispatch Scheduling & payment follow up.
- Lead follow up, inquiry generation, offer making & further follow up until closure of order
- Will require to tour extensively covering designated area for at least 15 days a month to meet with potential and existing clientele and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their requirement, technical challenges and providing applicable solutions
- Expected to provide the initial technical expertise to the customer for the challenge faced and then provide a complete solution in coordination with the design & technical team at HO




- Collect the required input from the customer for the technical team at HO to design a solution and recommend the equipment.
- Submit quotes to the customers, while providing technical expertise to turn the quote into a sale
- Sales Promotion for the products suitable for respective active sectors in the area
- Will have to be adept with CRM & ERP software to ensure a smooth operational process flow which warrants customer delight
- Report generation/ MIS on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. In-depth analysis of the customer profitability, revenue targets and forecast
- Should have a market insight for the upcoming projects, competitors and their activity including pricing
- Expected to have for thorough understanding of the competitors in your area/ region and their activities
- Will be responsible for co-ordination between agents/dealers & HO (head office)
- Coach, advise and motivate sales engineers to build and maintain a high performance team

Qualification - Any Graduate/B.Tech in Electrical & Mechanical Preferred
