Job Requirements

- Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales training or a related field.

- Post Graduate or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a similar field.

- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

- Ability to create and understand data reports for informed decision-making.





- Comfortable traveling for training purposes.

- Experience in content development and PPT creation is highly desirable.

- Prior exposure to handholding and managing OJT is preferred.

- Should be able to take initiatives to make training more effective and contribute to business improvement.

- Knowledge of TNI is an added advantage.
