Role & responsibilities

The Corporate Training Manager will be responsible for establishing and driving the organization's Learning & Development function by building scalable learning processes, designing impactful learning solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance organizational capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, implement, and continuously improve Learning & Development processes and frameworks across the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective capability-building initiatives.
- Design, develop, and facilitate learning programs, training content, assessments, and learning resources.
- Standardize training documentation, learning practices, and training governance.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.




- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for corporate employees and other identified employee groups.
- Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for Zonal Trainers, as required.
- Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Education & Experience:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline. MBA preferred.

Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry, preferably in a training role, is preferred.
