Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer with 68 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud/Force.com development and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), SOQL, JavaScript, and Salesforce administration. You will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, resolving production issues, implementing business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Platform (Force.com) development.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Component development, Visualforce, Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, JavaScript, CSS, and API integrations.




- Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities and programmatic development.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration activities.
- Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and database schema design.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets and Salesforce DX.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with web technologies including JSON, XML, Web Services, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
