Qualification: Any Degree

Work from Office

Walk-in -- Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7pm)

HR Contact person : MADHU - (phone hidden)

Role & responsibilities:

- Handling call / queries /requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / outbound calls effectively.
- Complaint management & Solving customer grievances.
- Applying process / product knowledge in replying to customers.
- Looking for sales / Collection / Service background profiles.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: Best in industry+ Bonus + Hikes as per process.

Shift Timings: Dayshift (9:30am to 6:30pm) / (4 rotational week offs /Month.)

Walk-in -- Monday to Saturday (10 am to 5pm)
