Role & responsibilities :

Back-End Sales Support Executive

Responsible for providing sales support through system-based operations, including preparing and sending quotations, processing orders, handling email correspondence, and coordinating with the sales team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send quotations, offers, and sales orders.
- Handle customer communications through email and phone.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order execution and follow-up.
- Maintain sales records and documentation.
- Ensure timely processing of customer enquiries and orders.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Prior experience in sales support or office administration will be an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile : Experienced Graduates or Diploma holders(Male or Female)in any discipline (Commerce,Science, Engineering) . Good communication skills in English & Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
