Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with readiness to travel across India. The Field Service

Engineer will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients. Daily responsibilities

include analyzing and resolving technical issues, guiding customers in product usage, and collaborating

with internal teams to enhance service offerings. The role also requires prompt and accurate responses to

client inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure instrument accuracy and reliability.
- Perform calibration and preventive maintenance of industrial instruments.
- Conduct manual soldering and desoldering of electronic components; troubleshoot circuits at chip

level.

- Handle measuring instruments, gauges, sensors, controllers, and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, NABL, and other relevant industry standards.
- Maintain documentation and generate detailed reports of calibration and maintenance activities.
- Perform electrical control panel wiring, including assembly, routing, and troubleshooting.
- Work with electrical and electronic instruments such as meters, sensors, controllers, and relays.




- Carry out ferruling and cable termination in compliance with industrial standards.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects and installations.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and proper wiring practices.

Key Requirements:

- Robust knowledge of measuring instruments, gauges, sensors, controllers, electrical control panels,

and industrial wiring standards.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with panel components, safety protocols, and documentation practices.
- Readiness to travel, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a startup environment.
- - Qualifications: Preferred Male candidates

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in electrical and electronics work.
- B. E / B. Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, E&C;, E&E;, Biomedical
- Diploma in Engineering in Electronics, Instrumentation, E&C;, E&E;
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Physics, Electronics
