Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic recruiter with proven experience in hiring across both IT (Software, Infrastructure, Digital) and Manufacturing (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain) domains. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and delivering quality hires within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
- Handle hiring for IT roles (Developers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.) and Manufacturing roles (Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Design)
- Use platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job boards for sourcing
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles




- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews
- Ensure strong candidate experience and timely communication
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline status)
- Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination

Key Skills Required:

- Strong experience in IT & Engineering/Manufacturing hiring
- Expertise in Boolean search, headhunting, and passive sourcing
- Valuable understanding of technical roles (both software & core engineering)
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Any Graduate
- Recruitment Experience must
