Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our technical team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or diploma holders in EEE or E&I; who are looking to build a career in industrial maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of plant machinery through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Requirements

- Education: BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I;).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Work Schedule: Must be willing to work on a Rotating Shift basis (Morning, Evening, and Night).
- Location: Must be willing to Relocate to the job site.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Breakdown Maintenance: Attend to electrical breakdowns on the production floor to minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on motors, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults in PLC systems, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives),



and instrumentation loops.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all electrical safety protocols, including Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain daily shift logs, incident reports, and spare parts inventory records.
- Wiring & Installation: Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and cable routing according to circuit diagrams.

Technical Skills Required

- Basic understanding of Single-phase and Three-phase systems.
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical Circuit Diagrams (SLDs).
- Knowledge of electrical testing tools (Multimeter, Megger, Tong Tester).
- Familiarity with components like Contactors, Relays, MCBs, and Sensors.

Salary & Perks

- Annual CTC: 2,70,000 3,50,000 per annum (Based on qualification and interview performance).
