Key Responsibilities:

Administer, upgrade, and maintain Control-M environments (V9+)

Troubleshoot Control-M jobs, agents, and administrative issues

Support Control-M on z/OS and Distributed platforms

Manage Control-M package deployments and upgrades

Handle TWS to Control-M migration activities

Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers

Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams

Drive incident management, service improvements, and root cause analysis

Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and participate in stakeholder meetings

Ensure adherence to quality and security standards
