- ServiceNow experience with 4-10 years of total experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst. In modules such as : IRM GRC, Now Assist + CSM Chatbot implementation, HAM, SAM, Control module, Policy& Compliance - IRM, S2P, Agentic.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using ServiceNow.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Qualification - B.Tech preferred
