- Responsible for managing the regional level LAP Business.
- Business Targets: Achievement of business targets in terms of volumes, revenue and margins, on an annual and month on month basis.
- Reporting & Compliance :Ensuring strict and uncompromising adherence to reporting and compliance standards as per company requirement and RBI guidelines.
- Performance Reviews: Conducting regular performance reviews for the team and discuss strategy and course correction mechanisms with the senior management.
