- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise technology projects; e-commerce experience preferred.
- Robust expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and writing Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
- Proficient in BPMN, process flows, UML, sequence diagrams, REST APIs, and API documentation.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into implementation-ready technical solutions.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- SAP Hybris knowledge preferred, with experience in Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
