Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Credit Card Collections to lead and manage credit card collections operations for a banking process. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in collections strategy, team leadership, collections performance management, and dialer operations. The role requires driving collection efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering business targets while managing Team Leaders and collection teams.

DRA Certification and Graduation are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end banking credit card collections operations.
- Lead and mentor Team Leaders and collection teams to achieve recovery targets.
- Drive portfolio performance through effective collection strategies and continuous process improvements.
- Monitor and improve key collection KPIs including recovery rates, roll rates, PTP conversion, and productivity metrics.
- Oversee dialer operations and optimize calling strategies for maximum collections effectiveness.
- Analyze collection trends and identify opportunities to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, collection guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Review team performance through regular audits, coaching,



and performance discussions.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and business reviews to stakeholders.
- Handle escalations, customer complaints, and complex recovery cases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve portfolio performance and customer resolution.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance culture within the collections function.

Mandatory Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Banking Credit Card Collections.
- Extensive experience managing Team Leaders and collections teams.
- Strong knowledge of collection KPIs, including:
- Roll Rates
- Recovery %
- PTP Conversion
- Resolution Rate
- Collection Efficiency
- Productivity Metrics
- Cure Rates

- Hands-on experience with Dialer Systems (Predictive, Progressive, and Blended Dialers).
- Solid analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and people management capabilities.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Must be willing to work from Hyderabad.
