Role & responsibilities

- Perform linear static, modal, dynamic, and fatigue FE analyses on mechanical components and assemblies
- Develop and validate FE models using appropriate meshing and contact modeling techniques
- Interpret simulation results and translate findings into actionable design recommendations
- Prepare clear technical reports covering methodology, assumptions, and conclusions
- Manage multiple simulation assignments to meet project timelines and quality standards

Required Candidate:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in structural finite element analysis
- Proficiency in ANSYS Mechanical Workbench
- Solid understanding of solid mechanics, material behavior, and engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with contact modeling, meshing strategies, and result interpretation
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with nonlinear structural analysis
- Exposure to automotive or aerospace FE model preparation
- Familiarity with pre-processing tools such as HyperMesh or ANSA
- Experience managing multiple projects and direct customer interaction
