Role & responsibilities : 1. Job Purpose To manage and grow the 3-Phase UPS product portfolio across commercial, industrial, data center and critical infrastructure segments. The role will own product strategy, market development, consultant engagement, technical positioning, channel enablement and sales support while ensuring revenue, margin and market share growth. 2. Key Responsibilities • Develop annual product strategy, business plan, revenue targets and go-to-market plans for 3-Phase UPS. • Manage the complete product lifecycle from market introduction through growth, maturity and phase-out. • Identify target segments including data centers, BFSI, IT/ITES, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, infrastructure and commercial facilities. • Drive consultant engagement and product specification in projects and tenders. • Develop relationships with EPCs, MEP consultants, system integrators, electrical contractors and key end customers. • Provide technical support for UPS selection, sizing, redundancy configurations, battery autonomy and system architecture. • Support Sales teams in customer presentations, technical clarifications, tender responses and commercial negotiations. • Build and manage product funnel, forecast demand and monitor order intake and revenue performance. • Analyze competitor products, pricing, features, efficiency, topology, certifications and warranty offerings. • Develop product positioning and value propositions around efficiency, availability, scalability, TCO and reliability. • Conduct product launches, customer seminars, exhibitions, webinars and technical workshops. • Train Sales, Channel Partners, Application Engineers and Service teams on product features and applications. • Coordinate with R&D;, Factory, Supply Chain, Service and Finance to resolve product and business issues. • Monitor product profitability, pricing, discount structure and contribution margins.



• Prepare regular product performance reports and recommend corrective actions for business growth. 3. Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics Engineering; MBA is an advantage. • Typically 612 years of experience in 3-Phase UPS, Critical Power, Data Center Infrastructure or Power Electronics. • Strong understanding of UPS topology, online double conversion, modular UPS, redundancy and battery systems. • Experience in product management, technical sales, application engineering or business development. • Knowledge of data center and critical infrastructure requirements is preferred. • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with willingness to travel. 5. The role requires frequent interaction with customers, consultants, EPCs, system integrators and internal stakeholders.
