Candidate Background

- Minimum 1 year of experience of working with leading Recruitment/Staffing agencies.
- Should have experience of working with clients in Automotive/Engineering/US Healthcare (RCM)/India IT GCC requirements for their office locations across India.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer closure.
- Build a robust talent pipeline and ensure timely closures.
- Work closely with internal Account Managers to understand requirements accurately and deliver relevant candidates for the allocated job description.
- Focussed on achieving individual placement targets per month.

Salary Range: 25-55K per month inclusive of PF

Incentives as per company norms, paid quarterly.
