JD:

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record of sourcing highly specialized or credentialed talent (academic, scientific, technical, or skilled domains).
- Experience recruiting domain experts, researchers, or senior professionals for AI/ML data projects, research initiatives, or knowledge-intensive industries is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with highly educated professionals and researchers.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook and Excel; familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is a plus.

Preferred:





- Prior experience of engaging with academic communities, postgraduate programmes, or professional membership organisations.
- Knowledge of AI/ML data collection, annotation, or evaluation project types and their domain expertise requirements.
- Experience with volume hiring of specialized contingent workers or independent consultants.
- Understanding of intellectual property and confidentiality considerations when working with researchers and domain professionals.
