Position: Manager Sales (Structure Business)
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth & Volume Achievement

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive volume growth across assigned territory.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.

2. Distributor Network Management

- Develop counter share in existing partners
- Monitor stock levels, Satisfaction level
- Build robust relationships with distributors, dealers, fabricators, and key accounts.

3. Dealer& Institution Network Expansion

- Expand dealer and fabricator network across the territory.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers.
- Generate business from EPC contractors, PEB manufacturers, fabricators, industrial projects, and government tenders.

4. Market Share Growth

- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop territory-specific growth plans.




- Increase MTC's market penetration and visibility.

5. Payment Collection & Credit Control

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain healthy receivable levels within company norms.

7. Customer Relationship Management

- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

8. Market Intelligence

- Provide regular feedback on pricing, competitor activities, demand trends, and upcoming projects.
- Share actionable market insights with management.

9. Reporting & Planning

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Submit periodic sales and market reports.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales schemes and promotional activities.
