Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps (SIR & VR) Integration Specialist to design, develop, and support integrations for ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise security tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support integrations for ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise security tools such as:
- Rapid7
- CrowdStrike
- Splunk
- Proofpoint
- Varonis
- Azure Security
- SIEM platforms
- Tenable / Qualys (Preferred)

- Configure inbound and outbound integrations using:

- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Webhooks
- IntegrationHub
- MID Server
- Transform Maps

- Automate security incident and vulnerability lifecycle workflows.
- Implement and support vulnerability ingestion, enrichment, remediation, and closure processes.
- Develop solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and custom ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with Security Analysts, Infrastructure Teams,



and ServiceNow Developers to ensure seamless integrations and remediation tracking.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
- Maintain technical documentation, integration architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Mandatory Skills

- 68 years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps, including:
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Vulnerability Response (VR)

- Expertise in REST API and SOAP API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
- Solid ServiceNow scripting skills:

- JavaScript
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Flow Designer
- Scheduled Jobs

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools such as Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Proofpoint, Azure Security, Varonis, and SIEM platforms.
- Good understanding of vulnerability management and incident response processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Tenable or Qualys integrations.
- Knowledge of enterprise security architecture and automation best practices.
