Job Description:

Data Governance engineer 5+ 'US healthcare Experience.

- Apply enterprise data management frameworks (e.g., EDM) to assess and structure data governance, stewardship, quality, and metadata capabilities.
- Execute a structured data maturity assessment (DCAM-style) through stakeholder interviews, artifact reviews, and evidence-based scoring.
- Clarify requirements and guide non-technical stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable data management outcomes.
- Drive cross functional collaboration across Business, IT, Compliance,



and Data Owners within a complex matrix environment.
- Assess and strengthen foundational practices in Data Quality, Data Stewardship, and Metadata Management, including defining pragmatic templates and workflows.
