CTC: Max. 3 LPA + Incentives + Travelling allowances

Mandatory : local languages required /Bike and License Required

Job Role: Business Development Officer(Building Materials )

- Identify and target potential UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and contractors.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate the features, perks,



and applications of our UPVC profile range.
- Understand client specifications and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Generate inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up diligently to close sales.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Provide technical support and product information to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
