- 8-10 years of experience in backend engineering with Java (11+).
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, technical delivery and solid in solution design.
- Advanced expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security.
- Proven experience designing and delivering microservices architectures at scale.
- Deep understanding of REST, API design, OAuth, event-driven patterns.
- Must Hands-on GCP experience - preferably across multiple services (GKE/Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Strong foundation in relational & NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging.

Good to Have :

- Must Hands-on GCP experience - preferably across multiple services (GKE/Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Strong foundation in relational & NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging.
