Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ETL Specialist with 6+ years of expertise in Oracle ETL, PL/SQL, and data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust ETL pipelines, ensuring high-quality data processing and seamless integration across enterprise systems. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, performance tuning expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
- Develop efficient Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data processing, automation, and business logic implementation.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through validation and monitoring processes.
- Optimize ETL workflows, SQL queries, and PL/SQL code for enhanced performance and scalability.
- Implement error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms to ensure reliable data pipelines.




- Troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve performance or data-related issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including ETL mappings, workflows, and process specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities following SDLC best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Stay updated with Oracle ETL technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ETL Development.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in designing and optimizing ETL workflows and data integration processes.
- Robust understanding of data quality, data validation, and data governance principles.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting Oracle database workloads.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation techniques.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, testing, and deployment processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
