Implement, configure, and manage BMC Helix Operations Management solutions, including monitoring, event correlation, and automation. Integrate Helix Operations Management with ITSM, CMDB, and AIOps platforms. Develop and optimize policies for event processing, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. Configure Proactive Service Resolution (PSR) and ensure effective noise reduction in event correlation.



Manage BMC Discovery and CMDB integration for improved visibility and service mapping. Provide performance tuning and troubleshooting for BMC Helix Operations Management components. Implement custom dashboards, reports, and KPIs for enhanced observability. Collaborate with network, server, and application teams to optimize event management and monitoring. Develop automation scripts and integrations using REST APIs, Python, or Shell scripting. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and best practice
