Role & responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to completion.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements are followed at the site.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, and inventory at the project site.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to ensure accurate execution.
- Track project costs, budgets, and timelines, and report project status to management.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion records.
- Coordinate testing, inspections, and project handover activities.
- Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, and site records.
