Job Summary
We are looking for skilled AR Callers / Senior AR Callers with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will be responsible for handling insurance claim follow-ups, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-ups
Work on denied claims and take appropriate action for resolution
Analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and resolve discrepancies
Ensure accurate documentation of call outcomes in billing systems
Prioritize accounts based on aging and follow-up requirements
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks

Eligibility Criteria




1–4 years of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare)
Good knowledge of RCM process (Denials, Appeals, Payment Posting, etc.)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in night shifts

Preferred Skills
Experience with major payers like Medicare & Medicaid
Familiarity with medical billing software/tools
Valuable typing and documentation skills
