Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential, commercial and plotted development projects.
- Generate qualified leads through property portals, digital marketing, social media, advertisements, references and channel partners.
- Contact prospective customers and explain property details, pricing, location advantages and available facilities.
- Understand customer requirements, preferred location, budget and property expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers after enquiries and site visits until booking or closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with property buyers, investors, brokers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with sales, digital marketing and management teams to achieve business targets.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, websites, WhatsApp, social media and property portals.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial or plotted development projects.
- Excellent communication,



presentation and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and property sales conversion.
- Ability to independently handle customer enquiries and site visits.
- Good knowledge of property portals and digital lead-generation platforms.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to maintain customer records and follow-up reports.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets

Qualification

- Any Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing or property sales.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in Chennai real estate projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with an existing network of customers, brokers or channel partners will have an advantage.
