Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Promoter to represent IFB products in leading retail outlets. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers, understand their requirements, and drive product sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell IFB home appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens, chimneys, and kitchen appliances.
- Greet customers and understand their requirements to recommend suitable IFB products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising standards,



and in-store branding.
- Keep track of stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store personnel.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and retail store guidelines.
