Job Description:

As an Agentic Al Lead (Agentic Master), you will serve as the technical anchor and strategist for our Agentic Al Practice. You will guide development teams through high-stakes Enterprise & App Modernization blueprints, shaping how multi-agent networks interact with distributed enterprise architectures. This role blends architectural oversight, mentorship, and client-facing delivery strategy.





5-10 years of deep technical experience, with a heavy portfolio of GenAI, LLMOps, and production-deployed Agentic workflows. Advanced Al Orchestration: Mastery of state-driven frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAl, emphasizing long-running agent logic and memory patterns. Enterprise Integration: Proven track record of integrating complex LLM applications with monolithic/legacy architectures, ERP systems, or legacy APIs. LLMOps & Monitoring: Proficiency in tracking and optimization tools like LangSmith, LangFuse, Arize, or Weights & Biases. Cloud Architecture: Mastery over advanced Al cloud orchestration (e.g., enterprise Azure OpenAl configurations, AWS Bedrock agent configurations)
