Salary: Up to 30% hike on current CTC (Maximum 6.5 LPA)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Collections to lead and manage collection operations, ensure achievement of collection targets, and drive process excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in collections performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end collections operations and ensure achievement of collection targets.
- Monitor collection agents/team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Drive delinquency reduction and improve recovery rates.
- Analyze collection trends and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Collection Efficiency Rate
- Recovery Percentage




- Roll Rate Reduction
- Delinquency Management
- Promise-to-Pay (PTP) Conversion Rate

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Timely follow-up on assigned delinquent accounts.
- Achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Escalation resolution within defined timelines.
- Adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Accurate and timely reporting of collection activities.
- Maintenance of customer communication standards.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of Collections experience
Strong understanding of collection KPIs and SLAs
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
Graduate (Mandatory)
Immediate joiners preferred
