Skill Set: Powertrain CAD - CATIA V5, 3DX, Teamcenter, GD&T; & Stack up

Domain knowledge:

- BE/ME Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with 2 to 12 Years of solid Working experience in Powertrain domain
- Strong Hands-on experience in handling CAD Modelling, Design Proposals, Remastering, Vehicle Packaging, Assembly Maintenance, Engineering Change management activities, New drawing creation, Stack up Analysis (Fastener, Linear & Radial) and Drawings Check for Proto/Initial Release/Post P Release using CATIA V5 / 3DX
- Strong Knowledge and Proven ability to apply GDT in drawings
- Familiar with any one PLM Tools/Methods
- Should be Proficient in Microsoft office tools
- Candidate should have Good Presentation & communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Should have Good Analytical Skills and able to Individually handle the project deliverables
- Candidate with above skillset and having less Notice Period is an added advantage





Job Description

- 3D Modelling of Powertrain Components and creation of Assemblies in CATIA V5 / 3DX
- Creation and Maintenance of Engine/Transmission/Driveline assemblies using CAD & PLM tools
- Design proposals and CAD Remastering for Powertrain components & Assemblies
- Clearance/Interference Studies and Design rule checks for Powertrain components and Assemblies
- Powertrain Integration and Packaging study Experience of Engine/Transmission/Driveline assemblies
- 3D Model and Drawing updates as per Engineering Change requests
- Creation of New Powertrain Component & Assembly drawings for Prototype/Initial releases
- Perform Fastener, Linear and Radial Stack up Analysis for Powertrain Components and Assemblies
