We are expanding our Design Engineering team and inviting experienced professionals to join our Chennai Design Engineering Office.

We're Hiring:

- BIM Modeler / Designer / Draftsman - ( Architecture, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical )
- Engineers & Lead Engineers Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical
- Design Managers Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical
- Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer)
- General Manager Engineering & Operations
- Project Administration Junior Level

Preferred Candidate Profile:

BIM Modeler / Designer / Draftsman

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
- Experience in BIM modelling and preparation of design drawings.
- Candidates with Industrial Project experience will be preferred.

Structural Engineer

- M.Tech in Structural Engineering is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in STAAD.Pro and ETABS is required.
- Experience in Industrial and Process Plant projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of structural design codes and engineering practices.

Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer)

- Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, billing and cost control.
- Industrial project experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of contract administration and project cost management will be an added advantage.

Engineers & Lead Engineers (Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical)

- Experience in Industrial Building and Infrastructure Projects.
- Exposure to detailed engineering, multidisciplinary coordination and design deliverables.
- Knowledge of applicable design codes and standards.
- Experience in EPCM/PMC/Consultancy environments will be preferred.

Design Managers





- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary design teams.
- Strong capabilities in design management, project planning, stakeholder coordination and technical reviews.
- Industrial project experience in EPC/EPCM/PMC organizations is preferred.

General Manager Engineering & Operations

- Minimum 20+ years of experience in EPC/EPCM Industrial Projects.
- Extensive experience in Operations Management, Construction Management and Project Execution.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale industrial projects.
- Solid client management, business operations and strategic planning capabilities are essential.

Project Administration – Junior Level

- Experience in project documentation, coordination, timesheet management and administrative support activities.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Exposure to engineering consultancy environments will be an added advantage.

General Requirements:

- Experience in Industrial Projects such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Energy, Utilities, Data Centres, Warehouses, Process Plants and Industrial Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in EPC, EPCM, PMC, Design Consultancy or Owner's Engineer environments are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills are essential.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
