Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with a strong Java development background to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions and possess strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, plugins, QuickLinks, workflows, and reports.
- Implement Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA) solutions.
- Work on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
- Perform application onboarding, product migration, and code migration.
- Develop and enhance certification campaigns and Rapid Setup configurations.
- Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs.




- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Development.
- Good understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Experience in Role Mining, Role Modeling, Role Definition, and Role Management.
- Expertise in RBAC and ABAC concepts.
- Robust Java programming skills.
- Experience with BeanShell scripting and XML.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Windows, and RDBMS.
- Experience in developing certification frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with application onboarding and SailPoint customizations.

- Experience in building custom connectors and plugins.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
