Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving the manufacturing metrics target as set in the management objective OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) / FTT (First time through);Safety (Lost time cases)
- Responsible for shop floor discipline and enforcement of company rules.
- Responsible for PQCDSM from all 3 shifts
- Ability to manage a large team of 110+ in all 3 shifts
- Must possess robust interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Must be able to communicate effectively within the organization vide oral and written means.
- Train-evaluate women to meet the job requirement
- Interact with Material planning, Quality, Purchasing, HR and Maintenance functions to effectively carryout day to day activities




- Responsible for implementing IATF, IMS. TPM in the shopfloor
- Responsible for driving continuous improvements in the shopfloor

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with green belt six sigma are preferred
- Candidates must have hands on experience in IATF core tools
- Knowledge about TPM, TQM and Lean tools are preferred
- Good communication in English and Tamil are preferred
- MS-Office and MS-Excel are must
- Knowledge about SAP or QAD is an added advantage

Candidates from EMS background is an added advantage
