- Experience in platform operations, production support, or application support roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, change management, and release processes.
- Handson experience supporting Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
- Knowledge of access management, security controls, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience in incident management and RCA.
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
- Robust documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
