Business Area: Glass Balustrade Railing System (Facade & Fenestration)
Role Overview:
Responsible for project planning, material and production scheduling, and coordination with design, estimation, production, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely execution of railing system projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain detailed project planning schedules and timelines
- Coordinate closely with design, estimation, production, procurement, suppliers, and site execution teams
- Track project progress and highlight deviations proactively
- Support material planning and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to defined project milestones and delivery commitments
- Maintain MIS reports and planning documentation
Key Skills Required:
- Robust knowledge of project planning and scheduling (MS Project / Excel preferred)
- Understanding of facade / fenestration / railing systems
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage and track multiple project timelines
- Diploma / BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 25 years of relevant experience preferred
