We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of retail promoters across Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team handling, retail sales, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail promoters across assigned stores.
- Drive sales and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Monitor promoter attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and store managers.
- Train promoters on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Resolve market issues and maintain robust retailer relationships.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in retail sales/team handling.
- Experience in mattresses, furniture, consumer durables, home appliances, or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Willing to travel across Chennai.
Salary: 5.0 – 6.5 LPA
