Job Overview:
We are currently hiring for the position of Planning Engineer for our construction projects at Classic Civil Engineers Pvt. Ltd. With your experience and profile, we would like to share this prospect with you. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and coordinating with site teams to ensure timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking reports
Monitor daily site progress and update project timelines accordingly
Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, and subcontractors
Prepare DPR, MIS, weekly and monthly progress reports
¢ Identify project delays and support in recovery planning
¢ Track manpower, material,



and equipment planning at site
¢ Ensure smooth coordination between site and management team

Technical Skills Required:
¢ Strong knowledge of MSP (Microsoft Project) and project scheduling
¢ Good understanding of construction planning and execution
¢ Experience in high-rise/residential/commercial projects preferred.
¢ Knowledge of project reporting, billing follow-up, and documentation.
¢ Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)

Required Qualifications:
¢ B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
¢ Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in construction projects.
¢ Good communication and coordination skills
