Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Enterprise Messaging Specialist to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our enterprise communication solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into value-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Business Development & Lead Generation

* Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through various channels including outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

* Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

* Research industry trends, market opportunities, and potential customer segments.

* Client Engagement & Sales

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable communication solutions based on business objectives.

* Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospective clients.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to client needs.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

* Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.

* Support account growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

* Sales Operations

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.

* Provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts to management.





* Ensure timely follow-up and effective lead management practices.

* Market Intelligence

* Stay updated on developments in CPaaS, SaaS, customer engagement technologies, and competitive market trends.

* Identify emerging opportunities that can contribute to business expansion.

Requirements & Essential Qualifications

* Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or a related field ( Masters in Business Administration added advantage)

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a performance-focused environment.

* Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

* Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Success, or Account Management will be an added advantage.

* Exposure to SaaS, CPaaS, Technology Sales, Digital Solutions, or Enterprise Sales will be an added advantage.

* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.

* Understanding of WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, SMS Solutions, or Customer Engagement Platforms is desirable.
