We're Hiring | Business Development Engineer PV Hybrid Systems Sales

Are you passionate about renewable energy and enjoy combining technical expertise with customer engagement?
We're looking for a Business Development Engineer PV Hybrid Systems Sales to join our growing team and help deliver innovative Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage (BESS), Hybrid Energy Systems, and Microgrid solutions to industrial and commercial customers.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or equivalent
What You'll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar PV, hybrid energy systems, and microgrids.
Engage with industrial, commercial, and institutional customers to understand their energy requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and conduct technical presentations.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and support solution development.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and upcoming business opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline, customer relationships, and achieve business growth targets.

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Solar PV, Hybrid Energy Systems, BESS, or EPC business development.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and renewable energy technologies.
Experience handling industrial and commercial customers with a proven ability to close technical sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
Any project executions in BESS will be considered as an advantage
