Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Manager with 3+ years of experience in the automotive, tyre, or allied industries to drive sales growth and strengthen dealer partnerships across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in channel sales, dealer development, market expansion, and business planning with a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Candidates with excellent relationship management skills and a reliable sales background will be preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Driving primary sales growth and expanding market coverage by achieving territory sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.
2. Managing dealer relationships, onboarding new channel partners, strengthening the distribution network, and minimizing dealer attrition.
3. Executing demand generation activities including dealer meets, trade promotions, product awareness programs, and brand visibility initiatives.
4. Monitoring territory performance by preparing MIS reports, analyzing sales trends, tracking competitor activities, and identifying market opportunities.
5. Ensuring timely collections, resolving customer concerns, coordinating after-sales support, and maintaining adherence to commercial and compliance processes.

Requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of experience in Automotive, Tyre, Auto Components, Lubricants, Batteries, or allied industries.
2. Strong experience in territory sales,



channel sales, dealer management, primary sales, market development, and business expansion.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing dealer networks, and driving sustainable business growth.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
5. Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan and independently manage assigned territory operations.
