Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer with robust expertise in web analytics, digital measurement, customer behaviour analysis, and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and managing Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Launch, and other web analytics platforms while enabling data-driven business decisions through advanced reporting, analysis, and optimization strategies.

Your Profiles

• Design, implement, and support Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics solutions.

• Configure and maintain data views, connections, report suites, dimensions, metrics, calculated metrics, and segments.

• Develop customer journey measurement frameworks and analytics strategies.

• Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports to measure customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.





• Analyse customer behaviour across digital touchpoints and provide actionable business insights.

• Analytics Implementation & Tag Management

• Lead analytics implementation projects using Adobe Launch, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Define tracking strategies and measurement plans for websites and digital platforms.

• Implement and validate analytics tags, events, variables, and data layer requirements.

• Ensure accurate collection of customer interaction and behavioural data.

• Troubleshoot analytics implementation issues and data discrepancies.

• Testing & Optimization

• Support A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing (MVT) initiatives using Adobe Target and other optimization tools.

• Define testing hypotheses, measurement criteria, and success metrics.

• Analyse test results and recommend optimization opportunities.

• Drive continuous improvement through data-led experimentation and personalization strategies.
