- Train business unit IT teams to implement SCCM across inventory applications. Collaborate with central technical support to resolve issues in inventory and software distribution.

- Skilled in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
- Must possess experience with SCCM cloud integrations, including Cloud Management Gateway (CMG), Co-management, and Intune.
- Responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining device drivers for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware components.
- Perform drivers compatibility testing on windows OS across different hardware models.
- Work closely with OEM partners to understand hardware specifications and driver requirements.
- Manage driver versioning and release cycles.
- Experience with driver deployment tools like DCU (Dell command update) and Lenovo commercial vantage.
- Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) users, groups, and roles
- Configure Autopilot for zero-touch Windows device provisioning.
- Manage device compliance policies using Microsoft Intune.
- Deploy and manage Application deployments via Intune.
- Work with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) for unified endpoint management.
- Configure proactive remediations (automated scripts for issue detection/fixes).
- Solid knowledge on Citrix Virtual desktop management.
- Overall adherence and compliance with related SOPs.
- Provisioning resources, capacity, and functionality includes weekly and weekend maintenance, preparatory work, and following ITS s Change Management framework.
- Regular maintenance and updates of the operational environment, including software versions, patches, and support for vendor software/hardware maintenance activities.
- Provide support for normal operations during enterprise office hours. This includes regular assistance to other technical staff with activities such as testing system features and performing basic administration tasks.
- Coordinate with HQ staff to address problems, including opening, tracking, closing, and escalating issues according to the Problem Management framework.
- Participate in the On Call weekly shift after working hours at HQ and Country offices, typically during local daytime hours, including weekends.
- Monitor the overall operational landscape availability to ensure compliance with agreed-upon service levels. This scope also includes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and weekly reports on activities and operational status.
- Maintain documentation and charts for hardware setups, diagrams, allocations, and inventory. Include suggestions for updating and improving SOPs.
- Assist with audit tasks by preparing documentation and reports as needed.
